What happens to my credit if a mission is cancelled?
When a mission is cancelled for any of the following reasons, the corresponding credit is automatically and fully restored to your Getfluence wallet as available credit:
- The publisher did not accept the mission within the allotted timeframe.
- The mission was cancelled due to publication errors or non-compliance with publication conditions.
- The publisher refused the mission for any reason.
No manual action is required. The credit is restored automatically and immediately available for a new order.
Is the refund different if I am on deferred or monthly billing?
Yes. If your account operates on deferred or monthly billing, missions cancelled before completion are simply not invoiced at the end of the period. No credit note or refund transaction is generated, as the amount was never charged.
Can I obtain a refund to my original payment method?
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, direct refunds to the original payment method are not available. Credits are restored exclusively to your Getfluence wallet.
What can I do with the credit restored to my wallet?
The restored credit can be used immediately to place new orders in the Getfluence catalogue. It has no expiry date and applies to all available offers.
