How can I update my account information?

To update your personal or company information, go to the My Account section located at the top right of the page.

1. Personal Profile

You can update the following information:

  • Language
  • First Name and Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

2. Company Information

You can modify your company details, such as:

  • Company Name (Minimum 2 characters)
  • Country
  • SIRET Number
  • VAT Number
  • Postal Address 

3. Support Access

In the Security tab of your account, you can grant the Getfluence team access to your account to assist you in managing it. This access can be revoked at any time.

Also, in the Security tab, you can change your password.
Password requirements:

  • Minimum 12 characters, maximum 32
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one digit
  • At least one special character

4. Notifications

In the Preferences tab, you can configure notifications related to your account. This includes alerts for mission progress, reminders, as well as notifications about invoices and payments.
You can add up to 5 email addresses to receive these notifications.

Don’t forget to click Validate after each change.
