When a publisher is late in publishing a mission, a reminder is automatically sent on the scheduled publication date.
Additional reminders are sent in the days leading up to the deadline by both the system and the Getfluence Support Team.
However, we encourage you to send a message directly through the mission's messaging system. You can find the Messaging section on the mission page, in the first tab. By scrolling down the page, you will find the box to write and send your message.
If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, you can contact us via chat.
