Publisher's delay
What to do if a publisher is late in publishing my mission?
If the delay exceeds the expected publication date, here is how the system proceeds and what the advertiser can do:
Automatic reminders from Getfluence
- A reminder is automatically sent to the publisher on the day of the expected publication date.
- In the preceding days, additional reminders are sent both by the system and by the Getfluence support team.
What the advertiser can do
- You can contact the publisher directly via the mission messaging system, accessible in the Messaging section, on the first tab of the mission page. Scrolling down, you will find the field to write and send your message.
- This channel is recommended to request a more precise timeline or to flag a specific urgency.
If no response is received
- If no response is received from the publisher within 48 hours, you can contact the Getfluence team via chat for direct intervention.
Note: The publication date indicated when placing the order is provided as an estimate. It may vary depending on the advertiser's own content validation timeline and/or the publisher's editorial constraints (site planning, editorial line consistency, etc.)
