Moderation of my account and my first registered website

What happens after registering my first site?

Once your first site is registered, our team will review the provided data, evaluating it according to Getfluence’s acceptance criteria. Information related to your professional profile or company on the platform will also be considered during moderation.
Important: a publisher account cannot be moderated until at least one site has been registered.

What should I do to facilitate the moderation process?

To ensure a smooth and quick process, we recommend uploading a valid company document as soon as possible in the dedicated section of the platform (Profile > Company). This document is essential for the approval of the site and the moderation of your publisher account.

How long does the moderation process take?

Moderation can take up to 14 business days. During this time, your site will be temporarily offline and you won’t be able to add other websites (the “Add an Offer” button will be disabled).

Can I contact my account manager or the Support team before the process is completed?

• If the 14 business days have not yet elapsed, please do not contact either Support or your account manager, in order to allow for efficient and organized handling of the verifications.

• If the 14 business days have already elapsed, please contact exclusively your account manager, whose email contact is available in your profile. The Support team has no possible action on account and/or site moderation.

• If your site and/or account have been rejected, please avoid contacting our channels regarding this decision, as it is to be considered final.
