Troubleshooting Login Issues. Password Reset

  1. Check your login information: Make sure you are using the correct username and password. Also, check that the "Caps Lock" key is not activated.

  2. Reset your password: If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?". Don’t forget to check your Spam folder.

  3. Try logging in again: After resetting your password, try logging in with the new password. You can also reset the session by entering the logout link (https://app.getfluence.com/fr-FR/logout) in your browser, then log in again (https://app.getfluence.com/fr-FR/login).

  • Contact support: If you continue to receive an error message after resetting your password, it is recommended to contact technical support (support@getfluence.com) for assistance. They can check your account and resolve any underlying issues.
