      I cannot access my account

       

      1. Make sure you are using the email address associated with your account.

      2. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?". Don't forget to check your Spam folder.

      3. Try resetting the settings by entering the logout link (https://app.getfluence.com/en-GB/logout) in your browser and then logging in again (https://app.getfluence.com/en-GB/login).
