      Access to the page is denied (error 403). Our test tool could not access the page while checking / A 500 error has occurred on your page

      This means that our control robot can’t access the page you submitted, and therefore can’t check if all the conditions are met, which is mandatory. 

      If you get this message, it’s probably because a firewall of other protection on your site is preventing access from all robots. 

      You should try to change the firewall/other tool settings by allowing our control robot IP address: 34.78.132.172. Once this is done, the control should be able to run for the normal period of 30 days. 

      If, at least 24h after allowing the IP address, the issue persists, please contact our support team.
