Your site is awaiting moderation or showing as out of catalogue for the following reasons, depending on the status of your publisher account:

1. New publisher account or first site registered:

If you have registered a new publisher account or added your first site on the platform, our Publishing Team will review the site to ensure it meets our guidelines. This moderation process can take approximately 14 days, during which the site will be temporarily out of catalogue. To expedite the process, we encourage you to upload a valid business document in the appropriate section of the platform if you haven’t done so already. This document is required to complete the approval of your site.

2. New offer or modifications to an active site:

If you have registered a new offer, modified the terms of an existing offer, or updated an active site, your request is currently under moderation. This process will take approximately 14 days, during which your site and offers will be temporarily offline. Please wait until this period is over before submitting a follow-up request to our support team.

In both cases, your site will become visible and available for publication once the moderation process is completed. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!
