Accepting and Publishing a Mission on Getfluence – for Publishers

Order acceptance, content management, publication

To properly manage a publication proposal received from an advertiser, here are the steps and best practices.

Step 1 – Mission Acceptance

Log in to your Getfluence account and check the advertiser’s request (writing brief or ready-to-publish content).
Accept only if you agree with the conditions. You have 7 days to accept or negotiate.
Use the mission messaging to clarify brief points or agree on content delivery.

⏰ Don’t have time to write the content or prefer an expert to handle it? Choose the Content Delegation option (paid option).

Step 2 – Content Creation

If the advertiser provides the content:
➡️ Publish it and insert the link in the Publication tab.

If you need to create the content:

  • Follow the brief, anchors, and links carefully.

  • Upload your draft in the Content tab.

  • Revise and resubmit the text until final approval from the advertiser.

💡 Anti-plagiarism check (Copyscape) is applied: any duplicate content will be rejected.

Is an image mandatory?
Yes, each article must include an image:

  • from our royalty-free image library,

  • provided by the advertiser,

  • or requested from the advertiser via messaging.

Can I modify an anchor text or link?
No, they are mandatory. If a modification is needed to align with your publication conditions (or there is an anchor error):

  • Before acceptance: contact the advertiser to report the error and request a change.

  • After acceptance: contact customer support.

Can I use Google Docs to facilitate corrections?
No. Content must be uploaded in the Content section.
Using external links may block the mission.

Why does a copy-paste error appear?
It may be caused by invisible characters.

Step 3 – Publication

After advertiser approval, the Publication section is activated.
Insert the link to the online article.
⚠️ Without a publication URL, automatic checks do not start and the mission remains incomplete.

Publication dates compliance

  • Specific date requested: publish only on the scheduled day.

  • Early publication prohibited: posting too early may cancel the order.

  • Immediate/as soon as possible: if indicated, you can publish once approved. Contact support to update the date if needed.

Step 4 – After Publication

Automatic Check (30 days)
For 30 days, the platform verifies that all conditions are met. If there is an error, check details in the Publication tab or FAQs.

Payment
If everything is compliant, the mission is validated and your earnings become available for withdrawal.
