Launch briefing, mission management, publication
To properly manage a publication proposal sent to publishers, here are the steps and best practices to follow.
Step 1 – Creation and Sending of the Briefing
Log in to your account and create your briefing. Check the mandatory elements:
-
A textual briefing
-
At least one anchor
-
At least one external link
-
Choice of publication date
Immediate publication: for quick online posting. The platform automatically calculates the first available date based on the publisher’s average timelines.
Scheduled publication: ideal if your article is part of a specific campaign. Select the desired date in the calendar.
💡 Best practices:
Avoid immediate publication if there is no urgency or if content validation may take time. If you choose immediate, the publisher will wait for a quick validation to meet deadlines.

If you selected the Advertorial option (content provided by you):
-
Insert your text directly into the designated space.
-
Correctly integrate your anchors and strategic links.
-
Respect the conditions defined in the publisher’s offer (word count, number of links, etc.).
-
Verify that your content is not already published online. A check via Copyscape ensures originality and protects both your and the publisher’s reputation.
Mandatory image
For the Advertorial option, the content must include an illustrative image:
-
Use our royalty-free image library, or
-
Provide your own image (royalty-free or with credits to indicate).
Copy-paste issue from the web?
An error may appear due to invisible characters imported.
👉 Tip: enter your anchors directly in the Content section and add your links using the 🔗 button.
Publisher response time
The publisher has 7 days to accept or negotiate the proposal. Use the mission messaging system to clarify the brief or agree on possible modifications.
Step 2 – Managing content proposed by the publisher
If the publisher writes the article:
-
You will receive a proposal to validate.
-
Use the Con section to request corrections or approve the final version.
⚠️ Important: do not use Google Docs links for exchanges.
Everything must go through the Content section. External links may block the mission.
In case of difficulty, contact customer support directly.
Step 3 – Publication
Once the content is validated, the publisher publishes the article and enters the URL in the Publication section.
After publication
Automatic check for 30 days: the platform verifies that all conditions are met.
If you detect an error, contact the publisher via mission messaging or open a ticket with customer support.
