To resolve your requests more quickly and efficiently, the Getfluence team may need to access certain information in your account. This allows your Account Manager or the Support team to better understand your situation and provide more targeted assistance regarding your account, orders, campaigns, or even billing.

By granting access, we can intervene directly and provide faster solutions.

How can I grant access to my account?
Follow these simple steps to allow access to your account:

  1. Go to your "My Account" area.
  2. Click on the "Security" tab.
  3. Enable the option "Allow access to support".

Can I revoke access once it's granted?
Yes, absolutely. The access you grant to our team is temporary, and you can revoke it at any time. Simply go back to the "Security" tab in your "My Account" area and remove support access. This will immediately revoke access to our team.
