To withdraw your earnings, you need to make the request on the interface. We've simplified the procedure and it's now just a few clicks away!
Go to your account then Earnings Management, or simply click on the amount available in the banner at the top of the page (in this example €7,852.25).
Step 1: Select your earnings.
Here, select the missions from which you want to withdraw the earnings and then click Next.
Step 2: set the withdrawal parameters.
Select the withdrawal method you want to use from the drop-down list, or add a new one if necessary.
Check that the company details that appear on this page are correct, and correct them if they are not.
You can add your invoice number to make it easier to track on your side, as well as an additional note if you wish.
Tick the two boxes indicating that you accept the terms and conditions and authorise us to issue the invoice, then click Next.
You no longer need to submit your invoice, it will be generated for you with the information you have entered.
Step 3: Validate the withdrawal.
Check that the information on the invoice preview is correct, and modify it if necessary by clicking on Modify information.
Then tick the box to accept and authenticate the invoice.
Then click on Confirm withdrawal.
As indicated throughout the procedure, payment will be made between the 10th and 15th of the month following the withdrawal request.
In the Invoice section, you can review the requests that have been made and their status at any time, and view the final invoices by downloading them.
You will also be able to change your invoice number and internal note if you forgot to add them during the withdrawal, or if you wish to edit them.
