Ask for a correction - Modify a current or previously published article

To modify one or more elements of the mission briefing or the article if it has already been published, it is necessary to follow the instructions below based on the mission's status.

Mission not yet accepted by the publisher
If the mission is still pending acceptance by the publisher, you can modify the mission briefing independently. Log in to your profile, select the mission, and update the desired details without requiring additional steps.

Mission accepted and in progress (drafting or publishing)
If the mission has been accepted and is currently being drafted or published:

  • Before requesting changes, contact the publisher via the dedicated messaging system to agree on any adjustments (e.g., modifying the anchor text, link to be integrated, or publication date).
  • Once an agreement has been reached, contact customer support to request the agreed modifications.

Mission already published
Once the mission has been published, changes are at the discretion of the publisher. You can use the mission's messaging system to directly request updates or corrections from the publisher. However, customer support can only intervene once you have obtained the publisher's consent. Follow the same procedure as in case 2: agree with the publisher, then contact customer support to proceed.

Note
The mission messaging system remains open even after the article is published, but the mission review period lasts only 30 days. Be sure to use this period to communicate with the publisher if necessary.
