### What is AI-First™?

AI-First™ is Getfluence’s new solution designed to boost your visibility in AI-driven search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.).  
These engines rely on trusted media like yours to generate their answers—meaning your content gains greater exposure while generating new revenue.

### Why do AI-First™ articles generate incremental revenue?

AI engines currently use a limited number of media sources.  
If your site is among them, your content becomes more valuable—leading to higher demand and more orders on Getfluence.

### How are AI-First™ articles structured?

AI-First™ content is designed for maximum readability by both AI engines and Google crawlers, featuring:

- **Structured data (schema.org)** – easily implemented via CMS plugins (including WordPress).
- **Clear formatting** – headings, bullet points, and comparison tables\*.
- **Reliable data** – quantified insights and contextualized brand mentions.
- **Informative tone** – comparative and educational, not purely promotional.
- **Lightweight HTML** – fully compatible with standard CMS (WordPress, etc.).

**\*Tips** 📌:  Text tables (HTML) are the preferred format: AI engines read them most effectively. If your CMS does not allow text tables, you can **publish the table as an image**, provided it follows these rules:

- **Contrast**: minimum 4.5:1 (black text on a white background recommended)
- **Typography**: non-condensed sans-serif font, no italics or script fonts, line spacing of at least 1.3, no rotated or diagonal text, no all-caps beyond a few words
- **Format**: PNG or lossless WebP for any image containing text
- **File size**: 10 MB maximum
- **Aspect ratio**: between 3:2 and 4:3 (avoid very elongated formats)
- **Information density**: 6 rows × 5 columns fit comfortably in 3000×2000 px. Beyond about 12 rows or 7 columns, split the table into several images rather than reducing the font size.

### What editorial control do publishers have?

- You **review and approve** every article before publication.
- You **retain full editorial control** at all times.

### **Managing your AI-First™ format preference**

When you access your offer page, a banner will prompt you to set your AI-First™ preference. This can also be updated at any time from the offer edit form or via bulk actions on your offer list.

- **Default (no preference set):** your site remains eligible for both standard and AI-First™ missions.
- **Opted out:** your site is hidden from AI-First™ catalogue results and will no longer receive orders in this format.
