# A site is no longer in the catalog

Getfluence has established itself as a trusted, quality partner for its customers. In order to continue offering relevant sites in our catalogue, we have integrated **new selection criteria for our media.**

As a result, we are automatically and regularly cleaning up our catalogue to ensure that we are always offering you recent, high-quality sites.

To do this, we take a close look at the data and metrics on your sites, using a precise algorithm to determine the relevance of your media. 

**Sites that do not meet these new criteria are automatically rejected and removed from our catalogue.**

**Exception**: if you have seen a large media on the catalog and it is no longer there, contact us on the chat. It may not be visible on the catalog anymore but available on request.
